Disgusting! Noticeable mold on the hot dog and the chips on top were stale. Praying I don’t get food poisoning.

Ive been here a few handfuls of times, good food. But after today, I wont be back. I went in place my order. I was told 10-15 minutes , I went and sat down to wait for my food. I watched about three groups of people come in, order their food, AND RECEIVE THEIR FOOD all before my order was called. I went up there after almost 25 minutes and they said they were still waiting on my burgers. I know the groups did not order online or call ahead because I heard them place their orders after me. This is not the first time this has happened, but I tried to give the benefit of the doubt. It was confirmed was the employee asked if "I gotta problem," acting like he didnt just intentionally delay my order to make someone elses food instead. Were they friends/family? Not that it matters, because that's not how you should do business. This kind of service shows exactly what kind of business this is. I will not be returning.

Whenever I get extra money, this is where I spend it at the service is great. All around great place.. I have never had a bad experience here, ever. They are friendly, they're fast, they're courteous. They treat you like family, and I love that for them. I love Rap for me. Because as stated anytime I get extra money, I'm going in there...

I tried to call to make sure the filet mignon burger (because the last time we went they were iut) was available but the number is out of order. We left our event to pick up our order and AGAIN the filet not on wasn’t available but no notice was given until we arrived and I still haven’t received my refund. This is unacceptable . I downloaded the app and it also said it was “picked up” before we arrived. Cheese not melted and fries are wet and disgusting.

I got recommendations for the Burger Truck from a friend so I was excited to see what it was about late night. We went in about 12:37am Saturday night, there was no line, no wait. The cashier walked us through the menu and even let us sample the tbt sauce with fries. It was amazing. My boyfriend loved his all American burger and I loved my hot cheese burger. The nuggets are not white meat and are disgusting 😒 but the fries and burgers were delicious and hot, and the toppings were fresh. The staff was amazing and had excellent customer service. It was not the cleanest as tables weren't wiped and it was visible need for restock and trash but The slushies were good . I will give it a 7 out of 10.
